| 摘 要： | 随着现代竞技体育运动的发展,为了使运动员在比赛中获得优异的成绩,人们对运动训练的相关研究日趋深入。随着理论研究成果的丰富,运动训练学这门学科越发成熟。文章结合我国历年出版的《运动训练学》教材知识,对运动训练学理论体系研究内容进行阐释。

| Abstract: | With the development of competitive sports,more and more people begin to pay close attention to sport training in order to get excellent results in competitions.With the rich results of theoretical studies,the discipline of sport training is becoming mature.This paper tries to explain the discipline system in theories of sport training with knowledge of published "theories of sport training" of China. |
