| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法、调查法、比较分析法等方法对山西省体育科技人才队伍的数量状况、结构状况、体育科研人员承担课题进行了调查研究。结果表明,山西省体育科技人才队伍的数量偏少,学历结构、职称结构、专业结构、年龄结构基本合理,体育科研人员承担课题能力相对较好,但远不够理想,应注意强化。

| Abstract: | With the methods of literature,investigation,comparative analysis,the paper does the survey of the team conditions,structure and research of Shanxi sport and P.E.science and research workers.The findings include:the team has less workers,reasonable structures in education background,professional title and age;they have better research works,but far from ideal conditions and need to be improved. |
