| 摘 要： | 摔法在比赛中成为最主要也是最常用的使用技法,抱腿摔又是摔法中的一个重要分支。文章主要通过对2011散打锦标赛抱腿摔技术运用情况进行探讨。研究表明：（1）在2011散打锦标赛的抱腿摔技术运用上,最常用抱大腿技法是下潜抱双腿、下潜抱单腿、抱腿下压、抱腿扛、抱腿旋五种技术;作为抱小腿摔法,最常用的是勾踢摔、接腿别、接腿前压等技术。（2）抱腿类摔法在小级别运用最高,但是从成功率角度来说小级别的成功率是非常低的,大级别最高。

| Abstract: | With the methods of video observation,expert interview,logic analysis,etc,the paper does the comparing study on the actual exertion of the techniques in the 201l and 2010 Sanda matches.The research shows:(1) in the wrestling techniques used on the legs hold,the most commonly used technical wrestling include legs hold dive,dive hold one leg,hold the legs under the pressure,hold the legs carry,hold Leg spin,the five technologies;the use of less frequently in the game,but very effective,holding the thigh scores fall is an important means of competition;as a wrestling hold hook leg kick throw,then do the legs,then front legs,pressure,etc.technologies are the full flowering of the highest success rate.(2) The holding leg wrestling in small classes using the highest level,but the success rate from the perspective of a small level of success rate is very low and large the highest level. |
