| 摘 要： | 为促进民族传统体育在普通高校开展,文章采用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,以太极柔力球在普通高校公共体育中推广为研究对象,在分析目前普通高校公共体育教学中民族传统体育项目开设现状及存在问题的基础上,对普通高校公共体育开设太极柔力球运动的可行性、价值以及推广对策展开了深入研究。

| Abstract: | In order to promote China national tradition sports to develop in the ordinary university,with the methods of literature,interview,logic analysis,the paper takes the development of Taichi Softball in ordinary university public sports as object of study,does analysis of present situations and problems of national traditioanal sports in ordinary universities,then studies the feasibility of Taichi Softball development in ordinary university public sports,its value as well as the promoteing countermeasures. |
