脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)与运动性脊髓损伤

摘    要:目前,有关运动性脊髓损伤的研究尚不充分,而且对其损伤机制和治疗方法也没有取得较好的研究进展。随着研究的深入,发现脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)对促进神经元的存活、受损轴突和神经的再生发挥着重要作用。BDNF转基因疗法将给运动性脊髓损伤的修复和治疗带来巨大的潜力。文章通过分析BDNF及其受体的生物学特性、运动性脊髓损伤的病理特征,为制定运动性脊髓损伤的BDNF基因治疗提供理论基础。

Abstract:At present,the study concerning exercise-induced SCI is not enough,and the study progress of the mechanism and treatment of SCI is not satisfactory.With further research,we found that plays an important role in supporting the survival of neurons and enhancing the remyelination of injured axons and neuronal regeneration in SCI.BDNF gene therapy for the repair and treatment of exercise-induced spinal cord injury will have a strong potential.To provide theoretical basis for BDNF gene therapy of exercise-induced SCI by analysis of physiological characteristics of BDNF and its receptor,pathological features of exercise-induced SCI.
