| 摘 要： | 根据《中共中央国务院关于加强青少年体育增强青少年体质的意见》中要求“全面实行大课间体育活动制度,每天上午统一安排25-30分钟的大课间体育活动,认真组织学生做好广播操、开展集体体育活动”的指导思想和文件精神,为丰富课间操,传承民族文化,增进学生身心健康,教育部和国家体育总局组织有关专家,创编了《全国中小学生系列武术健身操》,并于2010年9月1号在全国中小学开展.在开展与推广学校武术操之际,我们有必要深入、全面认识、理解武术操的有关问题.文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地考察法等研究方法,来深入剖析学校武术操的新认识、新使命、开展学校武术操的思想与应注意的环节等若干问题,进而增强我们开展与推广武术操的责任感,明确开展武术操的使命,开展学校操持有的理念以及应注意的事项,加深我们对武术操的认识,为学校武术操顺利的进入学校提供理论性借鉴与指导. |

| Abstract: | According to the requirements of ＂ CPC Central Committee and State Council on strengthening juvenile sports and improving the health of young people ＇s opinions ＂and requirements of ＂ in the full implementation of the Big Sports Break System,every morning unified arrangement of 25-30 minutes sports big break,serious organization students broadcast gymnastics,carrying out collective sports ＂ as the guiding ideology and the spirit of the document,to enrich the class-break setting-up exercise,the national culture heritage,promote students＇ physical and mental health,the Ministry of education and the State General Administration of sport organizations relevant experts,created a ＂ primary and secondary school students nationwide series of Wushu Exercise ＂,and in September 1,2010 in the whole country elementary and middle schools.In the development and promotion of school Wushu Exercise process,we need thorough,comprehensive understanding,understanding of the relevant problems of Wushu exercise.Now using the methods of literature,expert interview,field investigation method and so on,the paper does an in-depth analysis of school Wushu Exercise new understanding,new mission of school Wushu Exercise,thought,and attention should be paid to some problems such as the link,and then to enhance our work and the sense of responsibility of the popularization of Wushu Exercise,to clear the mission of developing Wushu Exercises,carrying out school exercises held philosophy and the matters needing attention,to deepen our understanding of Wushu exercise.For schools of Wushu Exercise smoothly into the school,the study provides theoretical references and guidances. |
