| 摘 要： | 为了规范群众性武术健身活动的开展,需要对武术项目的社会体育指导员进行资质评价,包括思想道德、知识结构和综合能力三大方面。知识结构是评价的重点,分专业基础知识和专项知识两大部分,针对不同级别的指导员,要求应具备相应的技能和理论,并以此作为晋升的基础。

| Abstract: | In order to standardize the masses of Wushu fitness activities unfolding, it is needed to evaluate projects Wushu sport social instructors qualification, including ideology and morality, knowledge and capacities three aspects. Evaluation of knowledge structure is the focus of the professional knowledge and specialized knowledge of the two most, in view of different levels of instructor, requirements of corresponding skills and theory are needed, and as a basis for promotion. |
