| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等研究方法，对新疆维吾尔自治区青少年武术套路竞赛现状及发展策略进行了分析。研究结果表明：新疆维吾尔自治区青少年武术套路竞赛的组织和管理还不够完善，市场运作比较落后，裁判员和教练员素质与全国高水平相比较有差距。完善自治区竞赛管理和组织体制同时加强赛事的运作和教练员、裁判员的监督和考核是促进新疆维吾尔自治区青少年武术套路竞赛的主要对策。

| Abstract: | Based on documentation, Questionnaires, experts interview and other research methods, the paper studies the current conditions and development strategies of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Regional Youth Wushu contests. The results shows that： the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Youth Wushu competition organization and management are not yet adequate; the operation of the market is relatively backward; referees and coaches have a gap compared to the national high quality. Improving the regional competition management and organization system and strengthening the competition operation and coaches, referees supervision and examination of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region are the effective ways to promote young people＇s Wushu Competition. |
