| 摘 要： | 劲力是武术运动中独特的概念,是武术的灵魂,是人体运用武术动作发出的一种意、气、力三者高度协调配合的整体性力量.文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法等方法,通过对人体不同的部分来分析八极拳和南拳的发力特点,为习武爱好者更好地掌握八极拳和南拳的发劲技法和对不同门派的传统武术发劲的共性规律进行研究.

| Abstract: | Strength is a unique concept of Wushu sport, is the soul ofWushu, Wushu action issued by the body using an intention, gas, power of three highly coordinated with the overall strength. The paper uses the methods of literature, expert interviews and other methods, through different parts of the human body, to analyze the characteristics of Bajiquan and Nanquan force, to help practitioners better grasp Bajiquan and Nanquan techniques and differences, and find out their common and different characteristics. |
