| 摘 要： | 体育教学中融入安全教育的理念早已提出。武术课程作为高校体育教育的重要内容之一,高校武术课程改革的步伐始终没有停止。武术项目本身具备的天然的安全教育属性,多样的防身自卫方法,丰富的基本功动作练习都能与安全技能所需要的能力很好的融合。武术课程融入安全教育,对进一步深化武术课程改革,探索武术教学改革与发展的新思路都具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | The philosophy that the Physical Teaching should be integrated with the Safety Education has already been proposed.As an important part of the Physical Teaching in universities,the pace of the Wushu curriculum reform has never stopped.With a natural characteristic of safety education function,Wushu includes varieties of self-defense skills and abundant basic movement practices.It becomes possible for Wushu to be combined well with the ability needed for safety skill.The integration of the Wushu curriculum and the Safety Education has a great significance in further deepening the curriculum reform,as well as in exploring new ideas for the reform and development of Wushu teaching. |
