| 摘 要： | 文章通过对武术专家、优秀运动员的访谈,查阅比较近年来高水平武术比赛录像,观摩武术重大赛事,对结果进行分析和认真细致的讨论,归纳、总结出现今女子剑枪、男子刀棍的几种技术演练风格类型,并分析了各种技术风格类型的优劣之处,旨在为武术套路技术演练风格的多样化发展提供思路。

| Abstract: | Through face-to-face interview of some Wushu experts and excellent athletes, referring to and comparing some videos of recent years of high-level wushu competitions and watching large-scale competitions, analyzing and seriously discussing ,the paper sums up some styles of technical practice of women's sword and spear and men's sword and staff nowadays,and analyzes pros and cons of all kinds of technical styles , in order to provide mind-set for multi-developments of Wushu technical practice styles. |
