| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计法等研究方法，对吉林省25所普通高校课余体育竞赛发展现状进行研究，并提出相应发展对策。结果表明：对吉林省普通高校课余体育竞赛存在认识模糊、项目设置不合理、评价机制落后、竞赛组织陈旧等状况，文章对此提出相应改革措施，旨在为吉林省普通高校课余体育竞赛可持续发展，奠定坚实的理论基础。
