| 摘 要： | 仫佬族是一个具有悠久历史文化传统的农业民族,其聚族而居,保持着浓厚的宗族血缘关系。仫佬族的传统体育活动是其传统节日文化的重要组成部分,对我国的少数民族传统体育研究具有深远的历史文化价值。对红水河流域仫佬族传统节日中的体育文化进行充分的挖掘,整理其中具有健身、娱乐和教育性的活动内容,从而丰富其文化内涵,使之发扬光大,走向世界,对民族传统体育文化的发展具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Mulam is a traditional agricultural nationality who has a long history.They settle together and keep a strong clan blood tie.The traditional sports is an important part of their traditional festival culture,and it is significant for the study on the ethnic minorities' traditional sports as well.The paper tries to discover and arrange the body-building,entertaining and educational parts of the sports culture in the traditional festivals of Mulam in Hongshui River Valley can enrich its cultural content,thereby developing and pushing it to the world,and having active meaning in the development of the traditional sport culture. |
