| 摘 要： | 陈式太极拳做为中国传统武术的一种,因其有着独特的文化思想和健身效果,近些年来越来越受到人们的重视.在陈式太极拳的理论研究方面近些年来也是卓有成效.文章运用文献资料法,针对陈式太极拳的源流、技术、价值、现状与发展四个方面做详细述评,结果认为:陈式太极拳发源于河南温县陈家沟由陈氏第九世陈王廷(庭)所创;技术上要求刚柔相济、以腰为轴、连绵不断,对敌时后发先至、意在人先;价值上蕴含着中国传统哲学思想的精神价值与强身祛病的健身功效;传承者应更多关注在青少年群体中的传播,传承方式应与时俱进,争取在国内与国际上有更好的发展.

| Abstract: | As a kind of a traditional Wushu,Chen Style Taijiquan has its unique cultural thoughts and has effect of fitness recent years,more and more people pay attention to it.In the aspect of theory Chen Style Taijiquan is also effective in recent years.By the use of literature review,according to the origin of Chen style Taijiquan,technology,value,current situation and development four aspects detailed commentary have been finished in the paper.The results show that Chen Style Taijiquan originated in Chenjiagou of Wenxian in Henan,created by the Chen Wangting,technical requirements include tamper force with mercy,with the waist for shaft,without stop,when the enemy after the departure of first arrival,have an idea in the mind before staring person.The value of Chinese traditional philosophy embodied in its the spiritual value and physical illnesses and fitness function,the inheritors should pay more attention to the spread of youth groups,mode of inheritance should keep pace with the times,for it have a better development in domestic and international areas. |
