“暗示”在太极拳教学中的应用

摘    要:“暗示”是现代体育教学的主要方法之一,对人的生理及心理的影响已得到证实,运用到教学中它可以起到积极的作用。在太极拳教学过程中教师适时、合理地运用暗示手段能使学生保持良好的学习态度,提高学习的积极性和主动性,达到掌握太极拳知识、技能、发展身体、增强体质的目的。文章从言语、动作、形象、标志物、音乐等五种暗示方法在太极拳教学中的具体运用,阐述了暗示在太极拳教学过程中的作用。

Abstract:Suggestion is a term of phychology, and its active influences on human physiology and psychology have been proved in teaching. Timing and proper use of suggestion in taijiquan teaching can help students maintain positive attitude to learning, enhance their enthusiasm and initiative in study so that they can master the knowledge and technique, and build up their health. This paper has expounded the Functions of" suggestion by concrete uses of suggestive words, action, images, mark and music etc. in the process oftaijiquan teaching.
