浅析太极拳的健身功能

摘    要:太极拳是我国优秀的文化遗产之一。太极拳是中华武术具有健身、养身的一种特殊的套路运动,其内容博大精深。太极拳运动不仅具有一定的观赏性,而且还具有较高的健身价值,所以千百年来历经岁月冲刷却能在广大人民群众之中不断继承与发扬。文章分析了太极拳运动的生理学基础,阐述了太极拳的健身功能,对练习太极拳提出一些可行性的建议,以期太极拳运动得到更好的发展。

Abstract:Taiji is one of Chinese excellent cultural heritage.It is series of skill sport to practice and preserve health of Chinese Kongfu.It has extensive knowledge and profound scholarship.Taiji sport has not only appreciation,but also has highly value of keeping-fitness,so it has been in herited and developed in masses through thousands years.This article analyses Taiji's physiology and expounds its function of keeping-fitness.
