| 摘 要： | 课余体育是学校体育中不可忽视的内容之一,目前,武术作为学校体育中的课余体育没有被各相关部门和单位所重视。文章采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对武术作为学校体育中课余体育的价值进行研究。结果表明:武术作为学校体育中的课余体育,有它自身的价值功能。实现其价值的策略是:认识教育对象的文化背景和具体性,实践和改良新的教学内容和方法,由课余体育延伸到学校体育,更好地促进武术在学校的发展,发扬民族传统体育。

| Abstract: | Extracarricular sports can't be neglected in school physical education .At present, the relevant institutions have not focused their attention on the fact that Wushu should be as a sport of extracurricular sport. This paper uses the methods of literature, logical analysis to study the value of Wushu as extracurricular sport activity. The result shows that Wushu has its own value, such as keeping fitness, education, communication. This paper puts forward some proposals which are on recognizing the culture background, improving the teaching methods and contents and advancing the development of Wushu's education in school. So that we can carry forward and cultivate the national spirit and promote traditional ethnic sports. |
