| 摘 要： | 随着体育教学改革的深入,传统的武术教学方式已不适应现代教学的步伐。高等体育院校作为中学体育师资的“工作母机”,原有的教学模式受到了严峻的考验。为此,本文就武术教师的思想素质、业务素质及丰富的知识结构全面提高进行了研究。从而为进一步提高武术教学质量提供一个崭新的视角。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of the reform in education of sports, the teaching way of traditional Wushu has not kept up with the spaces of the times yet .The sports universities and colleges,as "the mother" of the sports teachers of middle school, their existing teaching mode has been tested strictly .For this reasion this text is on Wushu thought quality, the professional qualitications and abundant knowledges structure improve research in an all-round way, thus to offere abrand new angle for doing Wushu's teaching well further. |
