| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、问卷调查法等研究方法，对目前长沙市中学体育教育的现状进行分析，在教学环境、教学模式、教学内容、师资力量和学校政策五个方面进行探讨分析并提出相应的对策，为长沙市中学体育教育的改革、提高学生体质提供理论参考依据。

| Abstract: | With the methods of literature, field trips, historical analysis and other methods, in a profound understanding of the spirit of the new curriculum based on the concept for the full implementation of the Party＇s consistent policy education policy, combined with knowledge of sports history, the paper does the study of traditional sports programs for Hoche development principles, approaches, strategies and other aspects, aims to raise awareness of Hoche traditional sports culture to attach great importance to research that： Hoche traditional sports as a school-based curriculum development and utilization of resources for its heritage and the future development important pathway, which is destined to complete the modem, scientific, social transformation and upgrading, and unswervingly along the vibration of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the revitalization of education way stride forward. |
