| 摘 要： | 文章以民办高校——燕京理工学院武术队为案例，对民办高校试办武术队的建设与管理现状进行分析和研究，探索民办高校业余武术队独有的特点与存在的问题，并提出相应的解决对策，充分分析武术队建设的可行性，为民办高校建设武术队提供理论上的依据和可实施的操作方案。

| Abstract: | This paper takes the Wushu team of the private university - Yanching Institute oftechnology as the study case, to do the analysis and research of amaeur Wushu Team building and management situations in private colleges and universities, to explore the unique features and problems in the amateur Wushu team construction and management in private colleges and universities, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures, and does a full analysis of the feasibility of building Wushu teams, and to provide a theoretical basis and operation program for amateur Wushu teams construction in private colleges and universities. |
