| 摘 要： | 劲力研究是一个热点,而且是一个长时间的热点,目前到底是一个什么样的研究现状呢,文章就目前的这些研究进行了归纳。＂劲力＂是武术永恒的话题,很多学者、武术家从不同的角度对劲力进行了描述,它是一个整体的概念,跟具体的武术形式是一个整体与局部的关系。前人根据自己的理解对武术劲力进行了分类并总结出＂劲力＂具有＂整体性＂、＂集中性＂、＂和谐性＂和＂随机性＂等特征,而＂整体性＂是它的本质特性。对武术劲力的产生人们从不同的角度进行了分析与探讨。研究认为：武术中的劲力是在中国传统整体思维观的思想指导下,人们通过长期的系统武术训练产生的。

| Abstract: | The study on Wushu Strength is a hot issue now,and has been kept as issue for a long time.The paper does the summary on the current situation of the project.Strength is a permanent topic in Wushu study,and is described by many scholars and Wushu masters from different perspectives.Strength is a kind of concept with integrity,and is a part of the whole concept of Wushu.People have concluded four characteristics of Strength which contains ＂Integrity＂,＂Concentration＂、＂Harmony＂and ＂Random＂,with＂Integrity＂being the essential characteristic of it.Different people have different opinion on the generation of Strength.The study finds out that Wushu strength is directed by the thoughts of Chinese traditional integrity and generated through a long period of people＇s systematic Wushu practice. |
