| 摘 要： | 课堂教学是实践教学的基础,提高学生的认知度和对武术的兴趣是进行实践教学的保证。文章探索高校武术教学课内与课外相结合、教学与实践相结合、校内与校外相结合的有效途径,进而改革传统的武术教学方式,注重实践教学环节的管理和指导,从而更好地传承和发展中国武术文化。

| Abstract: | Class teaching is the base of practice teaching.Improving student＇s recognition and interests in Wushu are the insurance of practice teaching.The paper the effective ways of in and outside class Wushu teaching,combining of teaching and practice;in and outside school combination,then to reform the traditional teaching ways,pays attention to the management and direction of practice teaching,tries to bitterly inherit and develop Chinese Wushu culture. |
