| Abstract: | Taiji Softball adhers to the traditional Chinese theory of Yin-Yang and Tai Chi,it＇s leading the world trend and become a compulsory or elective physical education in colleges and universities throughout the country.This article by teaching principles of expositions,probes the importance of Taiji softball optional course following its teaching practice,aims to provide with teaching reference and theoretical basis for the further promoting of the sport with high national traditional culture. |
