| 摘 要： | 文章运用问卷调查法、访谈法和文献资料法,对选修散打课程的普通大学生在学习散打中的心理动机和在进行散打实战中所产生的不同心理问题进行研究,并提出了相应的对策和建议。对于提高普通高校散打选修课的教学质量,培养学生对散打的兴趣和推广散打运动有着积极的意义。

| Abstract: | With the methods of questionnaire, experts interview and document study, the paper studies the college students' psychological motivation of choosing the course of Sanda and the different psychological problems of college students aroused in the practical fighting, and provides some suggestions and countermeasures, which can help improve the teaching quality of college Sanda teaching and develop their interests in the Sanda sport and spreading the sport. |
