摘    要:为了了解优秀女子散打运动员无氧代谢能力的水平与特征。文章以我国32名优秀女子散打运动员为研究对象,对30s Wingate无氧功率中最大功率(PP)、平均功率(AP)、最小功率(MP)、疲劳指数(FI)、30s各时间段输出功率值进行分析。结果表明:运动员水平越高,ATP-CP系统供能能力越强;在评价时以30s Wingate功率自行车的PP和AP的相对值评价更为客观。

Abstract:The main content of this study was survey the level and feature of anaerobic metabolism capacity of elite women Sanda athletes. Taking the 32 elite women Sanda athletes as research subject, analyze the data based on their PP AP MP FI in 30s Wingate anaerobic, the output power in each period in 30s,and the BLA in 30sWingate, The result show that the better of athlete's performance, the higher of ATP-CP supply capacity; the relative value of bicycle's PP and AP in 30sWingatev is more objective.
