| 摘 要： | 运动性低钾血症是指剧烈运动后出现的低血钾症,是大学生体育运动中常见病症。文章参考大量相关文献,运用文献综述法,从钾在人体中的生理机制、低钾血症的病因、临床症状以及运动性低钾血症的可能机制和治疗方面,对大学生运动性低钾血症的研究进展进行探讨分析,旨在对运动性低钾血症深刻理解,为预防运动性低钾血症提供理论支持。

| Abstract: | Exercise-induced hypokalemia is the hypokalemia induced by strenuous exercise,is a common disease in college sports.The paper refers to the large number of relevant literature,using the literature review method,analyzes college students’ Exercise-induced hypokalemia development of research in the physiological mechanism of Potassium in the body,Hypokalemia cause,clinical symptoms and Exercise-induced hypokalemia.The aim is to profoundly understand the Exercise-induced hypokalemia,to provide theoretical knowledge for preventing Exercise-induced hypokalemia in college students. |
