摘    要:运动生理学是体育学科的基础学科之一,是研究在体育活动和运动训练影响下人体生理结构和生理机能变化规律的一门学科,在体育学院学生四年的学习中占着举足轻重的地位,同时,它也是硕士、博士进行学术研究的基础。因此,学好这门课程对学生以后的发展具有较大的影响。运动生理学课程中的一些知识点比较复杂甚至十分抽象,如肌肉的生物电现象、收缩机制和肌肉活动的神经控制等,学生难以理解。多媒体课件具有化抽象为具体、化静态为动态、信息量大、简明清晰等优点,把它运用到生理教学中,不仅可以充分调动学生的积极性,提高教师教学质量和教学效果,而且在实验课中也会增强实验视觉效果,做到图、文、音并茂,是学生更好地理解实验过程,从而提高他们的动手能力。

Abstract:Sports physiology is one of the basic subjects of sports discipline, is a discipline to study human physiological structure and physiological function change rules under the influence of sports activities and sports training, and the course occupies a pivotal position in sports college senior students learning, at the same time, it is also the basis of the academic research of master, doctor. For students to learn the course well, therefore, has great influences on the development of the future. Some knowledge of exercise physiology course is complicated and even very abstract, such as the bioelectric phenomena of muscle contraction, mechanism and the neural control of muscle activity, students is difficult to understand. Multimedia courseware has the abstract into concrete, static to dynamic, informative, concise and clear advantages, apply it to the physical teaching can not only fully arouse the enthusiasm of students, improve teachers' teaching quality and teaching effect, and also will enhance visual effect, in experiment course it also can improve the visual effects of the experiment, help student have a better understanding of the experiment process, so as to improve their practical abihty.
