| 摘 要： | 文章通过对小群体教学法理论的探索研究,在大学武术选项课中运用小群体教学法,并经过实验对比分析该教学法在大学武术选项课教学中的可行性,分析出在大学武术选项课中运用小群体教学法的优点,分析出这一教学法对学生的身心和终生体育意识形成的积极作用,为大学武术选项课提供一种更有利于学生身心发展的教学方法,并将这种教学方法推广开来,以供其它体育选项课的借鉴和运用。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of small group teaching methods,the paper explores the application of small group teaching into university Wushu selectove Lessons.After experimental comparison,the study analyzes the feasibility of the teaching method in the university Wushu teaching,and analyzes its advantages,and analyzes such method’s positive influences on students’physical and mental health and the development of lifelong sport awareness,tries to offer a better teaching method and some references and data for other selective sports classes. |
