| 摘 要： | 文章通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对山西省高校教师体育健身活动现状及组织管理措施实施情况进行调查研究,发现高校教师参与健身活动的现状不容乐观,有组织的体育活动开展情况较差。文章针对此种现状提出一些积极有效的建议,以期使高校教师健身活动能得以更好的开展。
