| 摘 要： | 文章运用问卷调查、调查访问以及文献资料等研究方法,对当前普通高校大学生接受小、中学体育教育情况及他们对大学武术选项课的看法建议进行了全面的调查及分析研究,并以素质教育观和武术特有的功能为理论基础,以“健康第一”“、终身体育”“、个性教育”“、全面发展”为指导思想,对当前高校武术选项课的教学内容体系进行了构建。

| Abstract: | A thorough investigation and analysis is made on the attitude of general college and university students to P.E. lessons that they have received in Primary and Middle schools and their views of optional class of Wushu elective course in college .This passage adopts methods of questionnaire and document study etc . It bases on the theory of quality education and special function of Wushu ,and it builds the construction of teaching content system of contemporary Wushu elective course under the guidelines of : "health first","lifelong P.E." ,"character education ","full-scale developent "? |
