女子散打运动员赛前体重控制研究

摘    要:散打比赛中运动员要取得好的成绩,除了依靠科学的训练外,赛前合理的控制体重非常重要。文章通过采用问卷调查法对南京体育学院2008、2009级女子散打运动员进行了赛前体控的调查,对女子散打运动员体重控制的方法和注意事项等方面进行了研究和阐述,为女子散打运动员在大赛前保持良好的竞技状态、科学合理的调节体重提供科学依据。

On the Teaching Steps and Methods for Difficult Movement of Competitive Wushu Routine

Abstract:In 2003, difficult movement was announced in the new rule of competitive Wushu routine, which put forward new claims to the teaching and training of sports teams. So how to master difficult movements and prevent injuries became an important issue of the teaching and training of sports teams. Through the method of literature review, expert interview, field observation and logical analysis, the study expounded teaching steps and methods on difficult movements for the problems occurring in the teaching of competitive routines, in order to provide a reference for coaches and promoting the formation ofyounmter's scientific traJr~in~ rae~rh,nA ,~~~Z,,~h ,4~
