摘    要:太极拳是我国武术宝库里的一项瑰宝,从起源后通过不断的改进发展,逐步演变成一个有多种流派的武术,几百年来,其健身功效逐步被人们所认可。尤其是在新中国成立以后,又整理出了24式、48式和88式太极拳,为太极拳健身功效的发挥起到了很大的推动作用。随着社会的进步,各种现代病逐步被人们所重视,人们开始注意参加锻炼,太极拳就是一种很好的健身方法。

Abstract:Taijiquan,as one of the precious pears of Wushu,from its birth,developed gradually and now has many styles under it.People have realized its function of improving health.Especially from the establishment of new China,the 24-style,48-style and 88-style Taijiquan have been found,which enhanced the function of improving people's health.With the development of society,many modern diseases have attracted people's attention,and people begin to pay more time on body exercise,while Taijiquan is one of their beat choice to practice to improve their health.
