| 摘 要： | 毽球运动来源于踢毽子的游戏,是结合现代球类运动规律发展起来的新兴体育项目,是有着悠久历史的民族体育活动。即使在当今社会,它仍然是人们喜欢的健身、娱乐活动。在对晋中市各所小学调查研究的基础上,结合我国毽球运动的发展历程,文章主要从毽球运动的积极影响方面论述了在小学开展这项运动的重要意义。
