| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、录象图片等研究法，对国际体操联合健美操委员会2001-2004年版规则与2005-2008年版新规则的比较与分析，对竞技健美操新旧规则的异同点进行分析，并探讨了新规则变化的主要特点及技术发展趋势，把握其发展脉搏，为我国竞技健关操的训练与编排提供一定的理论参考。

| Abstract: | With the methods of literature, video recording and pictures, this paper compares the rules between 2001-2004 years and the 2005-2008 years of international gymnastics committee, and analyses the different and same points of the old and new rules. The paper also inquires into the main characteristics and the technique development trend of the new rules, masters the developing tendency so that it can provide theoretical reference for the training and arranging of aerobics. |
