太极拳健身因子的划分及各因子间的关系

摘    要:太极拳是中国传统文化的典型代表,是中国传统哲学思想的精华,也是中华民族武术宝库中的一枝奇葩。文章在"水桶理论"和"非衡结构补偿理论"论述的基础上提出:在探讨太极拳健身效益时,要因人而异地兼顾"总合律"、"主导律"和"突前律",妥善安排"静、松、慢、圆、整"各健身因子在锻炼中的比重,以取得最佳的健身养生效果。
