| 摘 要： | 文章通过对西藏自治区几所高校学生和教工发放调查问卷,针对学生对民族传统体育的了解程度、喜爱程度、开课的认可程度、师资情况现状及在西藏高校开设押加课程的可行性进行了调查分析.研究表明:在西藏高校开设民族传统体育项目押加课程对于传承和发展民族传统体育文化具有非常重要的意义,并针对今后如何搞好押加在西藏高校的可持续发展提出了几点建议,希望能够通过此方式使押加运动在西藏能够得到很好的发展.

| Abstract: | This article does the survey and analysis through the questionnaire in Tibet autonomous region several college students and faculties,in view of the understanding degree of students on national tradition sport,loving degree,class recognition degree,teachers present situations and the feasibility of developing Yajia in Tibet colleges.The research shows that: in the Tibetan colleges it is meaningful to offers the traditional ethnic sport Yajia course for the inheritance and the development of national traditional sports culture,and in the light of how to do well in Tibet Yajia.The study puts forward some suggestions for the sustainable development of Yajia in Tibet colleges and universities and hopes this way can make Yajia movement get very good development in Tibet. |
