| 摘 要： | 武术套路中影响技术动作的形成与定型的因素是多方面的，运动员出现错误技术动作的原因也是多方面、多因素的，在训练中纠正错误技术动作、提高运动员技术水平需要从多方面入手，不能简单地仅从技术动作标准规格方面要求运动员。鉴于武术套路实践中遇到的上述问题，指导运动员纠正和改进技术，需要结合运用运动训练学以及其它相关交叉学科知识，综合分析错误技术动作的形成原因。

| Abstract: | In Wushu routines, there are many factors that affect the formation of techmcal actions, and the causes ot errors movement of players also are many, many factors, correct mistakes in training techniques, enhancing the technical levels of athletes need from several aspects to obtain, cannot simply only require athletes from the aspects of technique standard specification. In view of wushu routine practice improve their technical level, it is needed to combine sports a comprehensive analysis of the formation of technical action problems, to guide athletes to correct their mistakes and training and other related interdisciplinary knowledge, to do errors. |
