摘 要: | 在激烈的散打运动中,当运动员的竞技水平相同时,良好的心理素质对比赛的结果将起决定性的作用。文章旨在通过以下心理训练方法:适应比赛环境的训练、提高克服困难的意志品质训练、加强自信心的训练、提高自我调节的训练、比赛中的放松训练、集中注意力的训练、提升自我价值的训练、自我暗示训练,提高散打运动员的心理素质。

Abstract: | In the competitions of sanda sport, the good psychology quality plays a decisive role when a athlete competes with a counterpart in the same level. Thus this paper aims to improve the athlete's psychological training through eight aspects including: the training for adaptation to competitions, the training for boosting confidence, the training for elevating self-value, the training for relaxation, the training for self-adjustment, the training for concentration, the training for setting up the will to overcome difficulties and the training for self-suggestion. |
