| 摘 要： | 足球比赛中裁判员的角色至关重要,是足球运动不可或缺的组成部分,对足球运动的普及和发展起着不可或缺的作用。贵州省足球运动起步较晚,足球裁判队伍的建设严重不足、存在执法裁判人数较少、素质较低、水平较差等诸多问题,已成为当前阻碍我省足球运动发展的重要因素。文章对贵州省足球裁判队伍的管理现状进行分析,并提出了相应对策。

| Abstract: | The crucial role of referees in football games,are indispensable component of football games,and they plays an indispensable role in the popularity and development of football.In Guizhou province football started late,football team construction is seriously insufficient,There is less referees,low quality,many problems such as poor level,has become the important obstacles factors in the development of football sport in Guizhou province.By using literature,comparative methods,the paper analyzes the management situation of Guizhou province soccer referee team,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. |
