| 摘 要： | 形意拳在其发展过程中,在拳理拳法上,逐步形成了丰富的技击内容和深厚的传统文化底蕴。拳法上以形取意、意自形生为主要特点。以徒手搏击和器械攻防格斗为一体,以及内外结合、锻炼人内在的精、气、神、意、劲为宗旨。同时在拳理拳法中蕴藏着"天人合一"及祖国医学中五行学说、阴阳学说等传统文化底蕴。

| Abstract: | In the process of Xingyiquan development, the fighting theory and skills were formed its own characteristics with sound cultural foundation. On the skills, Xingyiquan form its skills characteristics from the imitation of five kinds of animal action styles. By practicing fist and weapons, Xingyiquan can improve practitioner's spirit, breathing, mind and strength. In the fighting theory, it involves the theory of Man and Nature Unity, and Chinese medical theories such as the theory of Yin and Yang, the theory of Five Elements, and other traditional cultures. |
