| 摘 要： | 中国式摔跤是我国一项古老的民族传统体育运动项目,它具有很强的技巧性、健身性和表演性,特别适合大众健身和比赛表演,深受我国广大群众的喜爱。但自从第七届全国运动会该项目被取消比赛后,其比赛规模受到限制,竞技水平发展亦较迟缓。为了更好地研究和推广中国式摔跤这项民族传统体育项目,文章对中国式摔跤的跤绊技术特点进行对比分析和研究,期望能为中国式摔跤技术的继承与推广提供帮助。

| Abstract: | The Chinese wrestling is our country item of ancient national tradition sports project,and it has the very strong technicality,the fitness and performing,the special qualify of populace fitness and the competition perform,deeply loved by our country general populations.Since the item was cancelled from competition in the National Sports Meeting,the sport develops slowly for the restrietion of competition rules.For better research and the promoted Chinese wrestling development,the paper carries on the analysis and the research on the Chinese style wrestling's technical characteristic,expected that can provide the help to the general scholar's further research and the development of the sport. |
