| 摘 要： | 散打是武术的重要组成部分,经过30多年不断的改革和发展已经取得了举世注目的成就,在竞赛规则、教学、训练等方面已经成为较为系统的体系,文章对散打发展现状进行分析研究,指出其发展过程中存在的问题与不足,并提出一些发展对策,为散打运动向着更加科学化的方向发展提供参考。
