| 摘 要： | 战术是散打比赛中双方为了战胜对手而采取的策略和方法。灵活、合理的战术运用是比赛获胜的关键。迎击战术在散打比赛中杀伤力较大,效果明显,但对运动员的技法要求较高。文章通过观察比赛中的实际情况,结合文献资料,对迎击战术在比赛中的运用规律进行了探讨,旨在为提高散打运动员在比赛中灵活多变的战术运用提供一定的参考依据。

| Abstract: | Strategy is the method used in the course of the competition for defeating the opponent. Flexible and reasonable strategy is very important in winning the competitiont. Fight-back-immediately is powerful to attack the opponnet and have obvious effects, but it demands higher quality to the player. The article gives some references on the competition of Sanda after watching the real competitions and the studying the relevant documents. |
