| 摘 要： | 步法是散打技术中的重要内容,直接影响着运动员在比赛中攻防技术的发挥.目前,国内对散打步法的研究比较少,步法训练体系不完整,缺少科学、全面的训练手段和方法.文章从散打步法在比赛中运用的重要性出发,对散打步法在比赛中的运用及训练提出一点建议,旨在引起散打教练员对散打步法训练的重视.

| Abstract: | Footwork is the important content of sanda technique,the direct impact on players in the competition to play offense and defense technology.At present,the domestic in sanda footwork study is less,footwork training system is incomplete,lack of scientific,comprehensive training means and methods.This article from the importance of using sanda footwork in the game makes some suggestions which cause sanda coaches attention in sanda footwork training. |
