| 摘 要： | 文章通过对我国民族传统体育文化中“和为贵”、“和而不同”、“天人合一”的“和合”思想内涵的形成及影响的研究，提出了在中华民族传统文化的背景下，民族传统体育在传承和发展过程中，蕴藏着丰富的“和合”文化思想的必然性。大力弘扬民族传统体育文化，对于促进民族团结，推动民族传统体育的多元化发展，构建一个人与人之间、人与社会之间、人与自然之间的“和谐世界”具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the thoughts in national traditional sports, such as Harmony first, Harmony and differences, Unity of Man and Nature, etc., the paper studies the necessity of Harmony thoughts in national traditional sports heritance and development under the background of Chinese national culture development. Populating the national traditional culture can promote the various development of national traditional sports and construct a harmonious society with man and man, man and society, man and nature living harmoniously. |
