| 摘 要： | "阳光体育运动"是我国新近开展的旨在吸引更多的青少年参与体育锻炼的一项全国性活动。为了贯彻和落实这一活动的精神,东北地区应充分利用自身天然的冰雪资源优势和特色,开展丰富多彩的冰雪运动。采用文献资料和实地调研等方法,具体分析研究了东北地区开展冰雪运动的有利条件和目前存在的主要问题,明确提出了制定相关政策,加大投资力度,密切与社区的联系,提高体育教师队伍的整体素质,加强冰雪体育课程资源的系统整合,是东北地区学校广泛开展冰雪运动的有效途径。

| Abstract: | "Sunshine sports" is carried out in China newly to aim at attracting more young people to participate in a national physical training activities.How to carry out and implement the spirit of this event,the northeast region should make full use of their own natural advantages and characteristics of ice and snow,then to develop colorful campaign.By looking for documents,specific analysis of the northeast region of ice and snow sports and the current favorable conditions for the main problems,this paper clearly put forward the policy-making,increase the intensity of investment,closely linked with the community,enhancing sports of the overall quality of teachers,curriculum resources to strengthen the ice-snow system integration,which is the basic measures in the northeastern region for the implementation of the "Sunshine Sports" provides rational thinking. |
