| 摘 要： | 冰雪体育旅游产业近年来发展迅速，属于新崛起的旅游产业之一。黑龙江省被誉为我国北方冰雪之城，有着得天独厚的地理条件和产业优势，使得冰雪体育旅游产业在黑龙江省迅速发展，并有着产业集群发展的巨大潜力。通过对黑龙江省冰雪体育旅游产业集群的发展现状分析，分别从产业基地、产业链和支撑服务体系三个方面阐述了黑龙江省冰雪体育旅游产业集群发展的优势。为促进黑龙江省冰雪体育旅游产业集群的进一步发展，应该创建“黑龙江特色”冰雪体育旅游产业集群，培育高素质专业人才，提供高品质服务。

| Abstract: | RAs a new rising industry, the ice–snow sports tourism has developed rapidly in recent years. heilongjiang province is known as china northern ice–snow land, and has a unique geographical conditions and industrial advantages, which making its ice–snow sports tourism industry developed rapidly and has a huge potential development of industrial clusters. through analyzing the current situation of the industrial clusters, the paper discusses the advantages respectively from following three aspects: industrial base, industrial chain and support service system. in order to advance the development of ice–snow sports tourism industrial clusters in heilongjiang province, it should be to establish a "heilongjiang features" industrial clusters, develop more high–quality professionals, supply more high–quality service. |
