| 摘 要： | 通过几年来的教学实践,总结出滑雪课教学具有提高学生身体素质和心理健康水平、培养学生坚忍不拔的意志品质、促进学生终身体育习惯与意识的养成等现实意义;提出建立理论与实践相结合的教学模式、实现课内教学与课外活动的结合的教学模式、完善适应东北大学体育教学发展的滑雪教学体系和教学培养模式等教学模式;并针对心理素质、经济因素、课程安排时间上的冲突等对滑雪课的影响因素提出加强学生心理训练、多渠道为滑雪课程创造条件、发挥学校职能部门作用等措施,为更好地进行滑雪课程的建设提供参考。

| Abstract: | Basing on the recent years teaching practice,the article indicates that the skiing teaching can improve the students' physical condition and psychological health,develop their fortitudinous volition,reinforce their custome and consciousness of lifelong physical exercise.
