| 摘 要： | 高校体育教育教学以提高学生综合素质、形成终身运动理念为教学目的，为此，提出组建冬季户外运动俱乐部的体育教学模式以改进高校体育教学存在的不足。运用理论分析法等研究方法对冬季户外运动俱乐部的组建形式、运作方式和运行机制等内容进行研究，认为北方高校体育教学采用俱乐部模式，可以激发学生体育运动热情，引导学生自主、科学、有效的利用运动资源，拓展学生与社会之间的连接纽带，为学生开辟接触社会的有效途径，加强对学生的体育文化熏陶，使学生形成正确的体育运动理念。

| Abstract: | The teaching purpose of physical education in universities is to improve the undergraduates' general diathesis and help them have the lifelong sports ideas. So, the article suggests to overcome the shortage of current physical education in universities with the teaching model of winter outdoor sports club. With the theoretical analysis, it discusses how to upbuild the winter outdoor sports club with certain running means and mechanism. It tries to give some new solutions for improving the sports teaching model in northern universities, in order to waken the undergraduates' sports interest, help them actively, scientifically and effectively use the sports resource, extend the their contact with the society in effective way, enhance their edifications of ports culture, help them have correct sports ideas. |
