| 摘 要： | 第24届世界大学生冬季运动会是中国继北京奥运会后再次呈现给世人的一次冰雪体育盛事。它的成功举办标志着中国综合国力的殷实与政治的稳定,同时也表明了中国人民对冬季奥林匹克运动会的渴望。通过文献资料和逻辑分析论述了中国哈尔滨举办大冬会从中国冰雪文化、冰雪经济、冰雪运动竞技水平等方面对扩大中国冰雪运动影响的综合效应。
